BEGINNER
ON-RAMP in CrossFit is an introductory program designed for beginners or those new to this discipline. It serves to teach the fundamentals of CrossFit in a safe and progressive way, preparing beginners to participate in regular classes with a solid technical base and a better understanding of the workouts. 8 lessons are required to then access the expert classes.

Squat Movements
Air Squat: Free body squat.
Front Squat: Squat with the barbell on the front shoulders.
Overhead Squat: Squat with the barbell above your head.
Pushing Movements (Press)
Shoulder Press: Pushing up above the head without using the legs.
Push Press: Pushing up above the head with initial momentum of the legs.
Push Jerk: Explosive push with rapid descent under the barbell.
Deadlift Movements
Deadlift: Lifting from the ground.
Sumo Deadlift High Pull: Deadlift with a high pull towards the chin.
Medicine Ball Clean: Lifting and squatting with a medicine ball.
